Nullcore Companion & NullFit — End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee" or "you") and Nunnie Bunnies (Mao Mao) ("Licensor", "we", or "us"), the developer of Nullcore Companion and the NullFit Blender add-on (collectively, the "Software"). By installing, activating, or using the Software you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software for your personal or commercial creative work, subject to the tier-specific entitlements you have purchased (NullFit free tier, NullFit LITE, or NullFit Pro), and subject to the per-license machine limit set out in Section 4.
2. What You May Do
(a) Install and run the Software on one (1) computer per license key.
(b) Use the Software to refit, fit, modify, batch, transfer weights to, and otherwise process 3D character meshes and clothing you own or have the right to modify.
(c) Use any output produced by the Software (refitted meshes, shape keys, vertex groups, etc.) freely in your own creative projects, including commercial projects, with no royalty or attribution obligation to Licensor.
(d) Move your license to a different machine by contacting Licensor via Discord to release the prior machine's slot.
3. What You May Not Do
You agree not to:
(a) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or internal mechanics of the Software, except to the limited extent any such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this restriction.
(b) Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software's compiled binaries or protection systems.
(c) Remove, disable, circumvent, or tamper with any license enforcement, activation, integrity check, or copy-protection mechanism in the Software.
(d) Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, share, or transfer the Software, your license key, your activated install, or any portion of any of the foregoing to any third party.
(e) Publish, leak, or otherwise make available your license key.
(f) Use the Software's source code, internal mechanics, or algorithms to develop a directly competing product. (This restriction is targeted at clone-by-reverse-engineering — see Section 3(a). Building unrelated tools, including ones that happen to also work with avatars or clothing, is fine.)
(g) Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable law.
4. License Key and Activation
(a) Your license entitles you to activate the Software on one (1) computer at a time.
(b) Activation requires the Software to contact Licensor's license server once during activation and periodically thereafter to revalidate your entitlement. The Software includes an offline grace period (currently approximately seven days) during which Pro features continue to work without an active server connection.
(c) If you need to move your license to a new computer, contact us via Discord to release your prior machine's slot. We will do our best to respond promptly.
(d) Sharing, publishing, or transferring your license key to any other person voids this license and is grounds for revocation under Section 8.
5. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including but not limited to the source code, compiled binaries, algorithms, protection systems, user interface, documentation, trademarks, and the "Nullcore", "NullFit", "Nullcore Companion" and related names. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Licensor.
Output produced by the Software (refitted meshes, shape keys, etc.) remains yours. You retain ownership of your creative work.
6. Updates
(a) During the v1.x release line, you are entitled to receive free updates to the Software at no additional charge. Updates may be delivered via Gumroad re-download, in-app update prompts, or both.
(b) Future major-version lines (e.g., v2.x) may, at Licensor's sole discretion, require a separate upgrade purchase. Licensor will provide reasonable advance notice via the Discord community and product page before any such change.
(c) Updates may add, modify, or remove features. Licensor uses reasonable judgment to avoid removing features customers rely on, but reserves the right to do so when necessary for security, legal compliance, or product direction.
7. Privacy
(a) Data sent to Licensor's server: a hashed identifier derived from your machine, the SHA-256 hash of your license key, the version string of the Software, and standard HTTP metadata including your IP address, request timestamp, and HTTP user-agent string. This data is used solely to enforce your license, investigate abuse, operate the update system, and maintain security audit logs.
IP addresses appearing in those audit logs are stored unhashed — hashed IPs would be useless for the abuse-investigation purpose they exist for. Security event records are automatically deleted after 90 days. Web-server access logs follow standard 14-day rotation. IP addresses are not associated by Licensor with your real-world identity.
(b) Data Licensor does NOT collect: your avatar files, your mesh content, your shape keys, your refit operations, your Blender session contents, or any other artistic or creative content you create with the Software. The Software does not phone home with usage telemetry.
(c) Your raw machine identifiers are never transmitted. A SHA-256 hash derived from stable machine attributes is computed locally, and only the hash leaves your machine.
(d) Anonymous installation heartbeat: the Software may transmit a once-per-24-hour ping to Licensor's server containing the product name and version string for the sole purpose of operational install counts. No personally identifying data is included.
(e) What Licensor will never do with any of the above data. None of the data described in this Section 7 — IP addresses, machine hashes, license-key hashes, version strings, heartbeats, audit entries, or any other record — is ever sold, rented, shared with third parties for advertising or analytics, used to build behavioral profiles of you, or used to train machine-learning or AI models. There is no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, and no third-party tracker embedded in the Software.
(f) Right to deletion. You may request deletion of your license records, activation history, and associated audit entries by contacting Licensor via Discord. Verified requests are actioned promptly. Note that deletion permanently revokes the associated license key — you will lose access to Pro features for that key, and the key cannot be re-issued.
8. Termination
(a) This Agreement is effective until terminated.
(b) Licensor may revoke your license and terminate this Agreement if you breach any term, share your license key publicly, attempt to circumvent protection systems, request and receive a payment chargeback after the license has been activated, or use the Software in violation of law.
(c) On termination, your license key will be marked revoked on Licensor's server. The Software will detect the revocation at its next activation check and disable Pro features.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT ANY REFIT WILL PRODUCE A SPECIFIC RESULT, OR THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL OPERATE WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE.
YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
LICENSOR'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Licensor's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
11. Refunds
All sales are final once your license has been activated. If the Software fails to function on your system after activation due to a defect on Licensor's side, please contact us via Discord first — we would rather diagnose and fix the issue than leave you stuck.
Refund requests made before activation are handled per Gumroad's standard refund policy.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive forum for any dispute arising out of this Agreement is the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to that forum.
If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection laws afford you stronger rights than this Agreement, this clause does not deprive you of those rights.
13. General
(a) Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes any prior agreement, oral or written.
(b) Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
(c) No Waiver. Failure by Licensor to enforce any right under this Agreement is not a waiver of that right.
(d) Amendment. Licensor may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version is shipped with each release of the Software and posted on the product's Gumroad page. Continued use of the Software after a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
(e) Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights under it. Licensor may assign this Agreement freely.
